Description :: • Gather all required information from all departments to asscess the complexity of the ECN and the potential impact to the organization.
• Determine ECN implementation dateline based on inventory levels, urgency of the ECN and implementation challanges.
• Coordinate all changes with appropriate personnel and departments.
• Communicates the implementations status of all ECN through the entire organization.
• Creates and maintains a master list of all ECN and the current status.
• Phase in and phase out of part numbers and revisions and detailed tracking in software such as MS Excel and ERP.
Requirements :: • At least certificate in technical field or at least 3 years of technical experience.
• Technical Knowledge required either Mechanical or Electrical.
• Understanding of Bill structure, Revision Level of BOM, required changes an impact of these changes to the organization.
• Understanding of the intersection points between customer, engineering and commercial processing of ECN.
• Use Microsoft products including MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
• Must be able to work in both FIZ Bayan Lepas & Prai
• Good command in English communication of ECN to the team and management.
• Working experience in sheet metal and/or contract manufacturing industry is an added advantage
