Description :: To assist the Financial Controller in the following areas:
• Ensure timely review and preparations of all adhoc, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and management reports as assigned;
• Involvement in all segment of Financial Planning mainly on the Manufacturing Cost/Overheads and volume;
• Perform analysis on all financial and operational metrics;
• Maintenance of the KRA/KPI and the Plant Performance dashboards;
• Drive business process changes and financial awareness throughout the establishment;
• Ensure effective internal controls and undertake operational review to ensure continuous process improvement;
• Ensure strict adherence to all Company’s policies and statutory requirements applicable to the Company; and
• Support all financial initiatives to drive growth and compliance from time to time.
Requirements :: For Senior positions-
• Recognized degree in Finance/Accountancy, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree ACCA / CIMA or equivalent. Finalist of ACCA/CIMA is also encouraged;
• More than 5 years of Manufacturing working experience preferred;
• Good in Microsoft Excel and Power Point;
• Good commercial acumen and hands-on;
• Passion for detailed work and drive to ensure timely deliverables; and
• Must be proactive, a team player and good communication skills;

For Junior positions-
• Recognized Diploma in Accounting/Finance;
• Less than 5 years of experience in Manufacturing environment;
• Good in Microsoft Excel and Power Point;
• Good commercial acumen and hands-on;
• Passion for detailed work and drive to ensure timely deliverables; and
• Must be proactive, a team player and good communication skills;
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
