- •Preparation of invoices for various states depending on assigned area.
•Issuing credit note and debit note which relates to the customer for assigned area.
•Handling claims for Transporters and handling payment for Salesman claims.
•Checking receipts prepared by General Clerks.
•Handling medical and general insurance application.
•Data entry and filing of documents.
•Preparing handling charges for stockist.
•Involve in quarterly stock take.
•Any other clerical duties as assign by superior. - Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
•At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

•Preferably those with working experience in manufacturing environment
