Description :: - Planning and arranging manpower on preventive, breakdown and predictive maintenance for all SMT equipment and manpower arrangement to support production line running.
- Liaise and pricing negotiation with machine vendor for SMT equipment spare parts ordering, and meet budget controlling.
- Liaise and pricing negotiation with indirect material vendor for SMT production daily use and activities and meet budget controlling.
- Carry out annual appraisal for subordinate and new technician confirmation appraisal
- Developed NPI product SMT machine programming, NPI stencil and NPI template and Reflow oven profile and authority to access SMT machine programming to do data editing.
- Price negotiation with vendor to meet cost control exercise.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Engineering Electrical or equivalent.
Lowest Qualification :: STPM / A Level / College Foundation
