Description :: - To be responsible for preparing shipping documents required for outgoing shipment
- To monitor and ensure that the movement of goods arrived in time
- To ensure proper filling so that documents can be retrieved quickly and easily
- To liaise with forwarders for timely in-coming / out-going shipments
- To be responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate Shipping information
- To be responsible and accountable for the administrative support and function of shipping departments

Warehouse
• Ensure that material transactions are performed on timely manner.
• Plans and ensures successful period and annual stock counts.
• Ensure that subordinates are highly motivated, discipline and efficient.
• Identifies areas for improvement and give recommendation
• Preferably knowledge in ISO standard and LMW
• Inventory Management
Requirements :: - Diploma / Degree
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Self- motivate, able to plan work independently under minimum supervisor.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- possess own transport
