Description :
- Responsible to lead and supervise a team of operators in the operation & maintenance of a large sized waste water treatment plant.
- Responsible to trouble shoot & resolve operational & process related problems.
- Responsible to plan & manage preventive maintenance programmed.
- Responsible to assist in the implementation of emergency response plan (ERP) for the plant to ensure minimal disruption of services.
- Responsible to assist in organizing meetings, preparing meeting records and coordinating / implementing agreed actions.
- Responsible to lead, guide & train subordinates to perform their duties effectively & independently.
- Responsible to undertake others jobs assigned by superiors as required.
- Responsible to promote new ideas & technologies in the process.
- Responsible to monitor the daily process parameters. 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess a recognized Degree or above in environmental, chemical Engineering (M, E) or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity.
- Pleasant Personality, initiative, good communication skills, a team player & quick learner.
- Able to speak & write in English & Bahasa Melayu ; Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates with excellent academic results will be considered.
- Immediate available will be an advantage.
- Wiling to travel if required.
