- i. Project engineering schedules and forecasts.
ii. Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables.
iii. Monthly project status reports and change orders.
iv. Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and
management aspects of projects.
v. Accountable for the successful completion of engineering projects.
vi. Requires extensive regular contact with assigned project Clients.
vii. Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.
viii. Budget monitoring and trend tracking.
ix. Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering and
management project issues.
x. Review and approve project Client invoices.
xi. Ensure effective engineering and Client communications.
xii. Meet with individuals, special interest groups and others on behalf of executives, committees and boards of directors.
xiii. Review operating practices and procedures in order to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures - Requirements :
- Candidate must be possess Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years extensive experience in oil & gas industry with good exposure to handling sales & marketing, management, finance and business development.
- Dynamic, Aggressive, Multi Tasking, Independent, Can work under pressure, Administrative, good communication skill.
- Fluent speaking and written in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Willing travel
