Description :: - Responsible to Pre & Post contract administration works.
- Responsible to carry out taking-off quantities / measurements and to submit pre-qualifications, tender bids and quotation.
- Responsible to prepare and submit cost estimates for potential variation works.
- Responsible to evaluate work done and prepare progress claim / final accounts for client and sub-contractors.
- Responsible to prepare and monitor project budget and report.
- Responsible to prepare final account for estimated budget cost VS actual project cost to management.
- Responsible to compile client satisfaction survey after completion of work.
- Responsible to attend site meeting when necessary.
- Responsible to perform any other duties as required.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Required languages Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives (preferably male) specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
