Description :: - Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Responsible for organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the group CEO and MD
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Involved in the company’s iso 9001 quality management system and system integrator
- Responsible for liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
- Carrying out specific projects and research
- Responsibility for accounts and budgets
- Being involved in decision-making processes
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by the management team
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Secretarial, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
