Description :: - A multi tasking person and able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
- Responsible to maintain good client relationships by ensuring that all documentation associated with projects are correct as per client’s requirement
- Responsible to communicate effectively with management and client both in written and oral.
- Able to receive instructions and execute efficiently the projects assigned
- Responsible to coordinate and ensure projects are delivered to the client as per contract within the time and agreed budget.
- Responsible to manage the company to achieve the performance in line with the requirements of the Company’s EMS policies.
- In consultation with the General Manager, in making all major decisions relating to policies, pricing, marketing and contracts.
- Plan and schedule work of clerical staff ensuring proper distribution of assignments and adequate manning, space and facilities for subsequent performance of duties.
- Responsible to provide all necessary documents related to operations and coordinate with branch offices
- Responsible to ensure the company has a comprehensive Emergency preparedness and response plan and Subject it to periodic review.
- Responsible for invoicing and project costing.
- On operation matters and assist in managing the local and overseas daily operations activities.
Requirements :: - Candidates must possess at least a Bachelors Degree or Professional Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar field and ability to meet the project requirement as per deadline given.
- Have a sound understanding on the technical matters applicable on the projects involved.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
