Description :: - Responsible to manage all the works and tests to be carried out by the Contractor as per specification, the Bill of Quantity and any test that is necessary for the full compliance of the civil/structural works
- Responsible to review progress and shop-drawings submission by the contractor; examine contractor's proposals and working drawings relating to the works; consult with Design Office about acceptability of the contractor's proposals
- Responsible to advise on the site and technical issues as well as ensure adequate safety precautions being enforced on site
- Responsible to approve the contractor's testing procedure; inspect the works on completion as required by the contract; check the results of the test and report the outcome to Design Office
- Responsible to resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the projects
Requirements :: - Minimum 6-10 years experience in building and geotechnical works with outstanding leadership qualities
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
