- - Responsible to manage and drive a sales process from initial enquiry through qualification to contract closure
- Responsible to communicate the benefits of installing solar PV system and recommend appropriate systems
- Outgoing, Energetic and able to meet sales targets (revenue and margin)
- Responsible to build and develop strong on-going relationships with clients
- Responsible to build rapport and influence internal sales support, design and project management teams to meet deadlines
- Responsible to compile and manage project files with records of discussions and correspondence and keep them up to date
- Responsible to liaise with project management, legal and finance team to ensure completion of contractual negotiations to an acceptable level of risk.
- Responsible to report to Operation Manager daily sales report as well as daily activities - Requirements :
- - Minimum Diploma holders in related fields (those without relevant qualifications but with experience more than 5 years are encouraged to apply)
- Minimum 2 years sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- With own transport and willing to work in Shah Alam, and travel outstations if required
- Commercially focused and highly motivated, delivering to revenue and margin targets
- Have excellent planning and organisational skills
- Accomplished at building relationships, negotiating and influencing
- Able to develop relationships with customers and inspire confidence in the Company and its products and services
- Able to work independently and work well with co-workers
- Mature, honest & trustworthy
- Able to speak good English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
