Description :: - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible in sourcing, negotiate of materials purchase for the best cost and quality.
- Responsible to liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth supply of materials to meet dateline.
- Responsible to manage cost control and to ensure the accuracy of data key in to the Inventory System.
- Responsible to maintain a strong coordination skill with the internal department and external parties to ensure a smooth working procedure.
- Responsible to coordinate and liaise with local customers and overseas suppliers regarding on shipment issues.
- Responsible to prepare the shipping documents.
- Responsible to handle the process of import customs declaration and land transportation arrangement.
- Responsible to in charge of all the administration tasks.
- Accepts any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required languages (Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English)
- At least 2 years plus of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferred Language / Writing (Mandarin)
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
