- - Process daily incoming orders entered by customer service personnel
- Stock allocation and picking lot on FIFO basis.
- Check vessel schedule and booking with updated information provided to customer service
- Prepare shipping documents and prepare import export customs declarations
- Determine best way for mode of shipment and responsible to optimize payloads of trucks / container.
- Check freight charges and use the most comparative rate
- Ensure all shipping documents distributed to appropriate or designated parties and stakeholders.
- Secure correct labeling of products and samples in compliance with the required regulations / legislation.
- Accountable for all the inventory accuracy under Allnex Malaysia facility and inventory movement at 3rd party warehouse
- Perform other related tasks from management - Requirements :
- - Have working experience in customer service, import & export shipping functions
- Fresh graduate in related field will be considered.
- Demonstrate service oriented attitude under all situations.
- Able to communicate and write in English.
- Pro-active with the ability to anticipate problems and solve them right at the onset.
- Computer literate
