Description :: - Responsible for software analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and on-going support of the applications
- Support help desk, maintain and document software functionality
- Provide set-up support, maintenance and troubleshooting for the IT infrastructure and servers in the company as well as provide local IT, LAN and WAN network support
- Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of staff and subordinates
- Provide support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems to the end-users, maintaining centrally defined guidelines and rules
- Deliver quality solutions based on the design using various technologies while meeting implementation deadlines
