Description :: - Responsible to manage M&E consultant's deliverables
- Responsible to review and comment consultant's design on M&E works to ensure that the design is cost effective
- Responsible to monitor M&E contractor's work performance at site
- Responsible to coordinate and facilitate interaction between consultants and contractors on site to resolve design and construction issues
- Responsible to liaise with authorities to ensure timely response and approval of submissions
- Responsible to verify the consultant's and contractor's claims for works completed
Requirements :: - Possess Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in both the construction and consultancy environment
- Must be able to coordinate work with consultants and contractors
- Experience in integrated commercial development will be an added advantage
