- Possess strong leadership, pro-active and resourceful
- Relevant academic qualification but with extensive working experience are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise with the relevant local authorities and consultants
- Knowledge in Microsoft project will be an added advantage
