Description :: - Responsible to provide cost estimate and cost analysis of project
- Responsible to refine, monitor, and control costs during design of project
- Responsible to conduct tender interview and contract negotiation to ensure cost is below the budget
- Responsible to monitor budget and provide cost planning to ensure healthy cash flow
- Responsible to advise the management on the alternative method to reduce the cost
- Able to go to site
- Responsible to perform other related duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements :: - Must possess at least a Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required languages (Bahasa Malaysia & English)
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills, enthusiastic, self-motivated, energetic and result-oriented
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens
