Description :: - Assist PM with RF / transmission team organization setup, resource planning, task allocation and improvement plan
- Lead the development and implementation of processes follow by the RF / Transmission team consist of internal resources and subcontractors
- Responsible of planning, design, implementation and optimization on WCDMA / HSPA network including capacity management, interference analysis, drive-testing, performance analysis and monitoring.
- Responsible of planning, implement, migrate and acceptance test activities IP Datacom, optical transmission and microwave transmission network
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required languages ( Bahasa Malaysia, English )
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering (Electronics/Communication or equivalent)
