Description :: - Responsible to monitor and coordinate projects development and to give professional advice accordingly
- Responsible to supervise construction in accordance to approved plan drawings, contract and specification
- Responsible to attend projects meetings with clients, contractors, supplier and local authorities
- Responsible to liaise with local authorities, clients contractors and supplier
- Responsible to monitor contractor's work program and prepare site progress reports
- Quality control of contractor's performance with respect to specified materials, workmanship and construction details
- Responsible to ensure that the Architectural works are executed in accordance with contract documents and the Architect's instruction
- Responsible to propose and coordinate construction details of other related disciplines i.e. structural and M&E
- Responsible to resolve daily technical site issue with contractor and make regular reporting of finding to all parties
- Responsible to notify the consultants if there is any discrepancy on the drawings and obtain official confirmation from the consultants
- Administration of day to day matters arising between consultants and contractor on Architectural elements of work
- To monitor site progress in relation to stage completion for purchasers' billing
- Any other tasks as directed by the Management
Requirements :: - Candidates must possess a recognized Degree in Architecture
- At least 20 years experience in Site and Contract Administration
- Able to prepare work program and reports
- Has hands-on experience on site works and project management to ensure works are carried out according to design and specifications
- Self motivated with ability to communicate professionally with Site Personnel, Project Managers, Consultants and Contractors
- Possess own transport
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizen
- Contract basis and based on site
