- - Responsible to overseeing the whole Store Section (incoming and outgoing store including spares, consumables document etc.) and ensure good inventory control system
- Responsible to supervise the Store personnel and contract workers. Provide the necessary training and ensure company policies and store management procedures are communicated effectively
- Responsible to handle the spares and equipment with care in order to prevent damages
- Responsible to conduct annual, half yearly and quarterly or monthly stock take as well as stock take requested by the management
- Responsible to compile the stock take result and investigate the discrepancies, if any
- Responsible to perform periodical store condition checking and take corrective actions if needed
- Responsible to ensure on time update of MAXIMO System (GR, Spares movement) - Requirements :
- - Possess at least a Diploma and above or related field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar capacity, preferably
- Matured personality with good interpersonal, communication skills, able to work within minimum supervision and under pressure
- Able to start work with a short notice
- Applicant must be able to communicate (read and write) in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to handle and lead a group of people and have stock management knowledge
- Well versed of Microsoft applications and store management software like SAP or MAXIMO - Lowest Qualification :
