Description :: - Make Sales and support (Key) Account Manager (applications, offers a compilation, price, supply, solve problems and complaints)
- Responsible for the involvement of Solution Engineering for type 2 and 3 deals
- A feasibility study in collaboration with engineering, do calculations and estimates provide a quote based on sales requirements.
- Responsible for implementing a customer PO and Internal Order
- Responsible for the proposed action, offer tracking, information gathering
- Responsible for the management of customer demand and sales increase complaints management
- Need to work closely with engineering, production department to analyze customer needs and provide the exact specifications of the machinery required
- Responsible for maintaining records of the investigation and follow-up on issues citations
Requirements :: - Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to work with people across different departments
- Ability to read and intepret mechanical drawings
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
