Description :: - Responsible to generate sales order & issue invoices for local and outstation
- Responsible to compile daily sales analysis report for local and outstation sales person
Adhoc assignment as and when required
- Responsible to follow-up and coordinate with store, A/C and sales department
- Opening of debtors A/C
- Responsible for monitoring of stock balances
- Responsible of monitoring debtor credit limit
- Must ensure all inventory data correctly entered, on time & up to-date
- Issue Credit Note / Debit Note
Requirements :: - Minimum SPM / Diploma in related field with relevant qualification / experience
- Posses good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Computer literate & able to work long hours
- Fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply
