Description :: - Responsible for ensuring that production meets the GMP
- Responsible for monitoring the results of 98 to 102% for all products, and rejects the maximum of 2%
- Responsible for monitoring the reprocessing and rework any product.
- Responsible for monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of support systems and services (pest control, RO water, compressed air, air conditioning and environmental monitoring)
- Responsible confirmed reports of personal care services in a manner that is timely and accurate information and to ensure that the work done Accodingly.
- Responsible for monitoring the status of the machine, cleaning and calibration.
- Responsible for scheduling and monitoring of training programs for staff.
- Preparation for the relevant SOPs and documents required.
- Responsible for issuing and monitoring production output reports in a timely and accurate.
- Responsible for ensuring discipline in charge of the block.
- Responsible for checking BMR completed before submitting to the pharmacist dispensing or production manager.
- Responsible for making recommendations on; a) The use of blocks, b) use of labor, c) production scheduling and weekly reports, d) Ensuring product quality and efficiency to meet the specifications of each product.
- Responsible for ensuring the health and safety of the operator.
Requirements :: - Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering (Bioengineering / Biomedical) or equivalent.
- Fluent in Malay, English
- 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing / Production Operations or equivalent.
