Description :: - Responsible to assist in short-listing of supplier and contractors and finalise tender analysis for compliance, completeness and accuracy of tender submission
- Responsible to keep track of overall administration of the main contract and sub-contract works including assistance with preparation of final accounts documentation, recommendation of payments and variation order certificate and extension of time
- Responsible to assist in review measurement of quantities and calculation for building and infrastructure works
- Responsible to manage and co-ordinate project related contractual matters
- Responsible to prepare on progressive correspondences / notices towards project related matters
- Able to work independently with accordance to targeted schedule
Requirements :: - Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Building Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years or more working experience
