Description :: - Responsible to lead a team of troubleshooters with the aim of increasing their knowledge/skill/competency level via theoretical and practical training
- Responsible to develop methodologies to improve the train/machineries performance and enhancement of work processes
- Responsible to localisation of components
- Responsible to assist the department's management matters such as monitoring KPI's, dealing with suppliers and contractors etc
- Responsible to review design documents, test requirements and existing specifications of trains
- Working on upgrading TCN and Traction package
Requirements :: - Degree in Electrical / Electronic engineering from recognised university/institution
- Must be registered / or in the process of registering with the Board Of Engineers
- Medium Language ( Bahasa Malaysia and English )
- Able to read and write Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Have experience in physical assets maintenance management, ability to demonstrate competencies in work planning and performance measurement
- Strong analytical skills and familiar with condition monitoring methodologies, self-motivated, self-discipline, dependable, innovative, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to produce technical report, procedures and other related documents
