• Responsible for overall management of business development includes identifying and developing new business opportunity to capture maximum growth potential of our business.
• Develop and execute business plans, strategies and approaches to effectively achieve company revenue and profit.
• Monitor and evaluate market trends/conditions and competitor activities in managing the business effectively.
• Develop and maintain good rapport with distributors/ partners to ensure smooth implementation of marketing activities.
• Facilitate internal and external communications with stakeholders in various marketing projects to overcome current challenging markets and improve on brand equity.  
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent.

• Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
