Description :: 1. Coordinate of new store opening, Refit & relocation project for both corporate and franchise stores.
2. Quotations gathering and comparison; manage and monitor projects to meet quality, deadline and costs within budget.
3. Report to management on any issue on proposed location (water supply, electrical supply, condition of the location that lead to additional cost).
4. To liaise with mall management/ Design & BD Departments for design kick-off meeting, site visit, design approvals & to ensure drawing submissions & approvals are received in a timely manner.
5. To do on renovation finishes, details & store fit-out works prior to and after site renovation.
6. Submit the details of lot to designer for layout plan.
7. Prepare the proposal of contractor appointment paper to get directors approval.
8. To prepare summary of costing sheet for issuing SO to franchise; coordinate the renovation works with contractors and mall management/landlord to arrange for works as per point4.
9. Submit the work permit & details contractor to mall for approval.
10. Site visits to monitor and verify that all works are done accordance with approved submission and compliance with mall regulations /Arrange PIC (BFP or Area Supervisor to check the condition kiosk after contractor do the installation).
11. Help operation team to source contractor for maintenance work.
Requirements :: • Experience in all categories / type of Tenant's fit-out works process and requirements to ensure the above responsibilities can be carried out diligently.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and/or building design or other related disciplines.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess negotiation skills, multi-task by managing several design & fit-out projects simultaneously.
• Possess own transport, willing and able to travel.
• Required Skill(s): MS Word, Ms Excel, Ms powerpoint.
