Description :: 1. To provide technical support to workshop and customer in relation to power management controls,
electronic governor system, control panel etc.
2. Liaise and coordinate with customer on various aspect and stages of work.
Assist in sales calls and presentation planning & scheduling
3. To ensure that all correct procedures are observed in the course of duty.
4. Involve in preparation of quotation for hardware sales, field service and tender proposal
5. Consultation service to customers on product configuration and application
6. To collect data and market intelligence for business analysis and decision making.
7. To take charge of technical proposal/involvement in projects.
8. To undertake field service jobs which involve troubleshooting or installing customer equipment when
required.
9. To identify, suggest and improve on areas of weakness that may be present in the course of work.
10. To comply to QMS & OHSAS requirements.
11. To perform any job as and when request by Manager and G.M.
Requirements :: -Degree in Electronic/ Mechatronic/ Electrical Engineering
-Preferably with at least 2 years experience in electronic controls for engines & turbines
-SCADA knowledge and experience will be an added advantage
-Ability to work under pressure
-Willing to travel to any location within Malaysia or overseas at short notice
