Description :: -Experience with Designing mechanical jig and fixture ,Fabricating and assembly.
-Able to conduct meeting
-Able to supervise below level
-Able to work with less supervision
-Able to come out with ideas to improve the current condition
-Mechanical Jig and fixture designing (minimum 1 year hands-on experiences)
-Using computer-aided design/modelling software ( AutoCAD/Solidworks )
(Compulsory, for jigs/fixture/robotic application drawing)
-Strong oral and written communication skills, writing and execution on engineering report
-Producing and implementing designs and test procedures
-Measuring the mechanical components, devices and parts
-Writing reports and documentation
-Providing technical advice
-Analysing and interpreting data.
-Able to be part of cross functional in problem solving of production opearation issue
-Knowledge of designing jigs/fixtures/robotic application are an added advantage
-Experience and have knowlegde in PLC & MELFA will be an advantage.
-Possesses good knowledge in Electronic circuit with hands-on experience is advantage
-MITSUBISHI - GX Works Series/MITSUBISHI – RT Toolbox Series ( for Robotic usage) are an added advantage
- PLC (any related Manufacturer, MITSUBISHI, KEYENCE) are an added advantage
- Knowledge in 3D printing (FDM) are an added advantage
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
-At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent
