Description :: • Experience with using engineering tools, automation, and software packages to design and automate manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of SMT process for PCBA builds
• Experience in the support of automated SMT production equipment from a variety of suppliers. Includes equipment such as; stencil printers, pick and place (Panasonic & Sigma), component feeders, board conveyors, reflow ovens, AOI, X-Ray inspection, stencil washers and component bake out ovens.
• Must have a working knowledge of printed circuit board CAD data and assembly equipment programming software, and databases.
Requirements :: • Degree in Electronic / Communication Engineering with minimum 1-year experience in PCBA test environment
• Experience with Test System Instrument and Automation
• Experience and have knowledge in RF equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer, Audio Analyzer and etc
• Knowledge of AM/FM radio and digital radio (NXDN/BER) measurement method are an added advantage
• Strong oral and written communication skills, writing and execution on test validation report
• Must be independent and self-motivated
