Description :: '-Responsible for interior design project planning and design stage of building projects.
-Plan, organize and manage the building & construction projects which related to all interior fit-out and renovation works.
-Inspect the construction drawing and site works to ensure the built product are in accordance with the drawings, design intention and specification.
-Resolve interior design issues and any other technical issues which related to interior design in timely manner.
-Coordinate with the project team to conduct defects inspection after completion of works.
Requirements :: '-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Interior Design, Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
-At least 3 years of working experience in Interior Design field. Experience in building industry with on-site experience would be an added advantage.
-Familiar with the construction process and design specifications.
-Good design knowledge and creative idea for interior and exterior design, facade design, etc.
-Proficient in AutoCAD, 3DMax, Photoshop and other related software.
-A team player, strong sense of responsibility, proactive and able to work under minimum supervision.
-Good communication and coordination skills.
