- '- Develop employee and industrial relations framework and tactical approaches to drive proactive employee and industrial relations practices
- Guide business leaders and HR managers/practitioners on employee and industrial relations knowledge to effectively minimize company's legal exposure
- Lead employee and industrial relations project implementation and provide timely feedback to management
- Lead Collective Agreement bargaining and liaison with the Trade Union (National Union of Commercial Workers
- Lead Domestic Inquiry processes and advising HR managers/practitioners on the right steps to manage disciplinary issues, grievances or complaints.
- Analyze employee and industrial relations data for trends and share findings with country HR managers/practitioners and business leaders
- Drive employee and industrial relations compliance by providing coaching and training sessions to business leaders and country HR managers/practitioners
- Conduct highlevel negotiations on industrial relations matters, including enterprise bargaining negotiations and industrial advocacy services before
- Industrial Relations and/or external tribunals
- Manage and review improvement opportunities on employee and industrial relations initiatives with business leaders and country HR
- Managers/practitioners to increase organizational effectiveness
- Interface and maintain close relationships with groups inside and outside the organization (e.g. business groups, vendors, associations, labor organizations, etc.)
- Requirements :
- '- Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development/ Behavior, Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Management or similar related
discipline preferred
- Minimum five to eight years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate broad knowledge of localized employment/labor laws and current employee/labor relations practices
- Experience managing relationships with union leaders (for unionized setup) and local labor departments
Demonstrate ability to assess potential problems and make sound judgements around issues that may have an adverse effect on the business from an
employee/industrial relations perspective
