Description :: - Feeding module troubleshooting and analysis at COHUMY manufacturing and customer site
- Work with Engineering team and manufacturing team to provide technical solution on Feeding module
- Support in the development of manufacturability of standard bowl in Asia.
- Set-up, fine tuning and validation of non-standard Feedings at COHUMY
- Analyse and report Feeding technical issue to COHUCH Feeding department
- provide Feeding improvement in terms of cost and technical solution
Requirements :: - Minimum of two to four years’ experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or one to three years with a Master’s degree in machine design.
- Knowledge of good engineering practices and the ability to follow guidelines and processed.
- Experience in mechanical assembly and fine-tuning.
- Knowledge of complex equipment and machined part design, involving multiple Engineering disciplines.
- Knowledge in 2D and 3D CAD applications (Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks 2010).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly convey information and ideas (English proficient).
- Knowledge on different machining process, fabrication materials and treatments selections and standard electro-mechanical parts.
- Experience in performing DFMEA, DOE, and risk assessment.
- Ability to adapt on different environments and work based on priorities with minimum supervision.
- Willing to travel for about 30% of the time to supplier or customer (local/oversea).
- Strong commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
- Diplomatic, patience and good listening skills.
- Have strong passion for design, creative, innovative and out of the box problem solving mind-set.
