Description :: The ETL Developer will be responsible for develop and implement highly efficient, highly scalable ETL processes. Candidate is required to perform daily and project functions with a focus on meeting the business objectives on time within a rapidly changing work environment.
Requirements :: • Work closely with the ETL Lead, Solution Architect, Data Modeler, Data Mapper, Business Analysts to understand business requirements, providing solutions on Data Warehousing, ensuring delivery of business needs in a timely cost-effective manner
• Analyses source-target mappings, performs ETL development, and supports implementation
• Provides ETL documentations required in each phase of the SDLC, and complies to internal standards and guidelines
• Support the implementation and UAT (User Acceptance Testing), responds to problem quickly and provide both short and long term resolutions
• Ensure version control is in place and practiced.

Skills & Experiences
• Minimum “2 years IT experience (ETL Developer)” and “4-8 Yrs For (Sr. ETL developer)”, with hands-on experience in ETL development
• Technically strong in ETL concept and development using tools like DataStage, and other database utilities
• Minimum domain knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Banking, Financial or Public Sector
• Having at least the following technical skills:-
o ETL Tools: InfoSphere DataStage, or other relevant ETL tools
o Databases: DB2, Netezza, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.
o Databases & Utilities: Aginity Workbench for Netezza
o Database Connectors: ODBC, JDBC
o OS Platforms: Windows, Linux
o Interface Tools: Secured FTP
• Knowledge or experiences in any BI Tools such as MicroStrategy is a plus
