Description :: • Provide technical support to retail outlets and office staff
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of system hardware and software

Requirements :: • Formal education in Computer studies or equivalent is required or personnel with at least several years of direct working experience may also apply
• Excellent PC hardware and software troubleshooting skill
• Hands- on knowledge in supporting retail or ERP system is a definite advantage
• Positive working attitude with initiative is an important trait for the job
• Friendly deposition and communicate well on problem resolution
• Possess own vehicle with valid driving license
