- • To participate in the development of the department's strategic goals and directions
• To document, manage and ensure smooth functionality of all IT assets.
• To manage subordinates to ensure daily tasks and key assignments are complete on schedule and with satisfactory results.
• To provide IT procurements and ensure practice of fair costing/pricing
• To provide end-user support both normal and/or off normal working hours.
• To document network infrastructure and connectivity information flow in accordance with MIS standards
• To provide IT project implementation and support
• To prepare and conduct IT awareness training for end users to promote better IT literacy for the organization
• To evaluate and research for newer technologies that can improve the overall IT operations of MIS
- Requirements :
- • Degree in Information System or related discipline
• Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of Windows Operating System
• Knowledge of Microsoft exchange, Office and Outlook
• Able to work in diverse and multi-cultural environment
• Occasional travelling to branches and sites within malaysia and overseas
• Able to wotk independetly and proactively on various concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
• Good communication and presentation skills with fluency in spoken and written english are essential.
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin be an added advantage.
