- - To monitor, maintain and manage servers and infrastructure service operating on those servers, such as Anti-virus system, Databases, Active directory, email, File services, firewalls etc
- To prepare capacity and availability trends and report for analysis.
- To develop and implement housekeeping routine, and monitor system and infrastructure service logs
- To ensure there is connectivity within the local area work, MPLS and Internet connection at all times.
- Work on virtual machines level for activities such as OS upgrade, monthly maintenance release, inhouse application release and security remediation.
- To monitor server and infrastructure services and manage the event log and take remedial action.
- To identify network devices, database, server operating system, perform information gathering to detect security lapses.
- To handle privilege access, system configuration compliance and vulnerability management.
- Analytical thinker that can get to the heart of complex problem and issues and find appropriate solutions
- Prepare root-cause analysis, identify and document the root cause of a problem
- Troubleshoot complex visualization infrastructure (hardware/software)
- To support the Application Development team for any system rollouts and enhancement
- Administer and troubleshoot Lotus Notes Domino - Requirements :
- - Candidate must have at least Diploma in IT field
- Minimum 5 years working experience
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Proven experience in TCP /IP
- Strong analytically skills, hardworking good initiative
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and as a team player
- Willing to travel locally and abroad to explore the undefined horizons
