ICT
o Improvement of IT processes and infrastructure
o Ensure the communication system and VOIP is operating in good order and all phone calls are traceable.
o Ensure audio and video devices are operated in good performance to facilitate the communication across the group of companies.

Quality Assurance Services
o Ensure continuous improvement in operations
o Upkeep all backup system to ensure all servers systems are recoverable in timely manner against potential natural disaster.
o Ensure company network is protected against unauthorized access or hacking via firewall policy
o Ensure all server systems, database/application system is operating in good performance
o Reinforce discipline, IT policies, procedures and good working practices in carrying out IT tasks
o Maintain complete and up-to-date of system documentation.
o Enforce IT helpdesk in handling corrective maintenance, supervise and review the day to day system support activities
o Comply with SLA and Security Policy for the group of companies.
o Review System Installation, Upgrade, Security patches and propose area of improvement to superior.
o Ensure company premises and properties are safeguard against unauthorized access or illegal intrusion via CCTV surveillance system, door access and alarm system.
o Upkeep IT system or hardware via IT standard operating procedure, Preventive maintenance & maintenance contract renewal.

Risk Management
o Ensure technology systems and infrastructures are secure and compliant with company policies
o Enforce all IT Hardware/Software Request Form to strengthen Data Security and System development.
o Reinforce discipline, IT policies, procedures and good working practices in carrying out IT tasks
o Comply with SLA and Security Policy for the group of companies.
o Ensure company premises and properties are safeguard against unauthorized access or illegal intrusion via CCTV surveillance system, door access and alarm system.

Staff Training and People Development
o Ensure availability of skilled and competent through training
o By upkeep required knowledge and skill-sets to perform system development and project management.
o Ad hoc admin tasks assign by management.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows, Visual Basic, Oracle, MS Office, MS SQL Server, UNIX, AD, DNS, VLAN, VPN, firewall
- Strong technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including ERP, network etc.
- Experience in system study, design, implementation and support of ERP system, manufacturing and financial system.
- Ability to identify and distinguish between hardware, software and network problems.
- Possess strong prioritising skills.
- Ability to work with multitude of tasks.
