- Assist in implementation, testing and installation of projects
- Provide technical support & training to Clients
- On-site trouble shooting
- Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) on customer site when need arise
- Prepare reports on issues or problems faced at customer site
- Standby 24/7 on rotation basis
- High emphasis on teamwork and good communication with pre-sales team to ensure smooth project delivery 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Familiar with backup, SAN storage concepts, Windows/UNIX exposure
- Candidates with Symantec, EMC, Dell, Oracle implementation/support experience are highly encouraged to apply
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
