- • Organizes and develops training manuals, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids and other training materials.
• Develop, co-ordinate and conduct training plan implementation.
• Initiate continuous improvement to the training systems. processes and programs.
• Play the role of a training consultant and advise management on related training and development initiatives and programs to meet organizational needs.
• Well versed in the selection of appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self study, lectures, demonstrates, simulation exercises, role play and computer-based training.
• Develop and conduct evaluation of training performance. Create and manage
follow-up action plans that reinforce the transfer of skills from training programback
into the daily work environment.
• Identify, measure and track effectiveness of all training/ learning activities.
• Keep and maintain all training records. - Requirements :
- • At least 2 years experience in related field
• Experience in teaching or machine operation preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese
• Knowledge in other languages an advantage
• Patient, friendly and confident with clients
• Committed, hard-working and a keen learner who is not tired of learning new things
• Must be able to multi-task and travel overseas when required
• Excellent team player who is not afraid to propose or share ideas
• Able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines
• Year-end bonus available depending on performance
