- - Ensure project activities are carried as per MIMOS MiGate process
- Create and update project scheduling into project server using Microsoft project tool based on schedule Rollup SOP on Bi-weekly basis.
- Calling and chair weekly project meeting including distribution of meeting minutes within 3 working days
- Prepare and update project status in the monthly Meet Commitment Meeting (MCM) with senior Management.
- Update risk and issue register as and when required.
- Organize major gate review session based on MiGate Process.
- Coordinate Resource requirement with technical team.
- Create and update approved budget into SAP-PS system as and when required.
- Monitor and control project expenditure not to exceed approved budget.
- Prepare and distribute weekly project status report.
- Take action as and when required to ensure on time project delivery including escalation to the supervisor.
- Execute task as when directed or assigned by the supervisor.
- Requirements :
- -Degree in Engineering with 3 to 5 years working experience.
- Have knowledge in project management principle.
- Project management methodology with focus on scheduling and cost management.
- Demonstrated acceptable ability in the following key skills :
