Description :: -Work with Group IT - Properties to build and manage IT services for the region.
-Get involved in & assist business to build / expand IT services from design, purchase to implement phases.
-Work with Semperit business to define business solutions and other IT services as it relates to meeting business goals.
-Lead and drive continuous improvement projects, build good understanding for local businesses and their challenges.
-Manages relationship with Group IT and other 3rd party service providers
-Apply technical knowledge and skills in developing agreed solutions, or problem solving activities.
-Display good project management skills in completing multiple projects, resource & time allocation and managing risks.
-Ability to effectively communicate Group/Regional IT vision & plans to local business / functional leaders.
-Work towards driving IT services planning for the sites and the region.
Requirements :: -IT MA education level with minimum 7+ years of practical IT experience.
-Strong project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling and budgeting.
-Good understanding of Infrastructure technology landscape including servers, storage, network, etc. - ITIL Certification is an advantage.
-Business process understanding – preferably from working at manufacturing companies
-SAP ERP experience is an advantage
-Commitment for process improvement, customer focused in defining quality and establishing priorities.
-Excellent command of English is a must.
-Good communication and presentation skills.
-Very good Malaysian language skills and familiarity with regional legal / compliance and work environment.
