Description :: -Monitor and maintain existing unit test suite throughout changes to the main code base.
-Extend the unit test suite to improve overall code coverage.
-Extend the unit test suite to cover new developments in the main code base.
-Ensure defects are logged correctly in the bug tracking software.
-Work closely with our manual testing team to increase coverage for both teams.
-Maintain a clean base set of data for testing purposes.
-Adherence to the software development standards
-Other related duties as they may arise.
Requirements :: -Studied in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in a development and automated testing environment is required.
-Good Java or Excellent OO development knowledge
-Excellent unit testing knowledge (e.g. jUnit or nUnit or similar).
-Strong mocking tool experience desirable.
-Strong programming, troubleshooting, analytical & problem solving skills.
-Meticulous, independent, be proactive and self-motivated.
