1. Responsible for maintenance support and troubleshooting of customer networks
2. Provide after-sales delivery during implementation including site survey, installing, configuring according to design and requirements
3. Coordinate with contractors during implementation
4. Assist Project Manager in documenting the Voice/Data network & Applications projects.
5. Travelling is needed
 
Requirements :
1. Posses at least a Diploma in IT
2. At least 2-7 years relevant working experience in implementation and maintenance of Cisco or Avaya/Nortel Voice/Data Network, and Applications Server; however fresh Graduate is also encourage to apply
3. Experience with Cisco, Avaya/Nortel, Philips, Microsoft Operating System and other Voice & Data networking products will be an advantage
4. Those with Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist (ACIS), Avaya Certified Support Specialist (ACSS) or Microsoft certification is much preffered
5. Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
6. High commitment and responsibility towards the job
7. Posses excellent working attitude, initiative and resourceful, customer-oriented, team player and eager to learn
8. Fluent in English, both spoken and written
9. Intensive training will be provided
