• Responsible for pre-sales project implementation and technical support for network planning & equipment which include on-site survey, installation, commissioning and maintenance
•Provide post-sales technical support to customers through remote and on-site troubleshooting
•Provide technical solution and hands-on support on network solutions
•Assist in user acceptance testing
•In charge of all necessary technical meetings& documentation pertaining to customers, internal staff or its associated customer.
•R&D on new similar technology
Requirements :: •Degree in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications or Computer Science
•Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as Technical support role/area
•Experience with telecommunication especially in Network Technology and has the following knowledge:
 Network planning & design
 Wi-Fi technology and knowledge
 Radio Frequency (RF) Fundamentals
 Fibre optic cabling & equipment
 Troubleshooting
•Experience with networking solutions and devices such as routers, firewalls, switches
•Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
•Must be hardworking, and always has the positive mind-set and initiative attitude
•Willing to work long hours if necessary including being on standby for technical support
•Must have own transport and travelling is required during office hours
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
