Description :: - Microsoft Azure and Office 365
- Windows Server 2019 Administration with working knowledge of Domain Controller, DHCP, DNS
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) Intune
- Knowledge and understanding of enterprise networks and integration with SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with Office 365 services including Exchange Online, Office, Teams and Azure Active Directory
- End User Computing tech stack (Intune, MDT, MDM, Autopilot)
- End User Support for Windows system (Windows 10)
Requirements :: - Computer Science degree
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a refinery environment
- Able to work independently
- Flexible and available to work out of business hours
- Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Platform and Cloud Services is essential (Microsoft Azure and Office 365)
- Experience in Microsoft 365 and Cloud related projects is essential
- Able to communicate well (verbally and written) in Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin and English
- Great customer engagement skills
- Strong documentation and communication skills are necessary
- Willing to travel between Tanjung Bin, Johor and Singapore
