1. Perform extensive PM methodology to ensure project deliver on-time, within scope and budget
2. Define project scope, project objective and work with stakeholder to recommend technical feasibility
3. Adopt Scrum methodology to develop project plan, track, and monitor project progress also to ensure
resource availability and allocation
4. Create and maintain comprehensive working platform for project collaboration, and serve knowledgebase
for future reference
5. Conduct post-mortem project review and propose working solution to maximize functionality of IT system
6. Actively response to new business strategy and anticipate changes for future IT recommendation
7. Establish and enforce the development and enforcement on IT security policies, procedures, SOP and SLA
8. Setup a collaborative environment and establishing connectivity across the organization by disseminating
new technology expertise and learning
Requirements :: QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
1. BSC (HONS) In Information Technology with a Specialism in Project Management
2. Relevant past project management experience gained from various project implementation
PREFERRED SKILLS
1. Extensive project management skill and methodology (Scrum, Agile) to ascertain good project success
2. Resource allocation and management to lead IT team in delivering wide range of IT solution
3. Risk management to identify potential risk and implement risk mitigation strategy
4. Interpersonal skill to collaborate with multifaceted team
5. Conflict management to collaborate and manage project setbacks with cross-functional team
