- - Ensure operational efficiency and availability of infrastructure and smooth IT operations to business.
- Manage and ensure IT infrastructure operations is delivering support services through standard best practise frame work.
- Provides second level technical and escalation support.
- Diligently perform project assigned by the manager.
- Responsible to maintain, implement & support telecommunication networks and cybersecurity.
- Ensure planning of technology upgrade, refresh and implementation are executed by team on routine basis
- Manage and liaise with vendors to review technology landscape and efficient road map for operations in line with upcoming technologies - Requirements :
- - 3 - 5 years of hand-on experience.
- Certification such as CCNA / CCIP / JNCIS-SP will be preferred.
- Experience in administration / operation in the following platform i.e. Linux, VM Ware and Windows Server OS.
- Experience in designing and produce solutions in IP Networks.
- Experience of cybersecurity operation, processes and technologies such as firewall, IPS, WAF, APS.
- Strength and knowledge of telecoms network architecture and operations. - Lowest Qualification :
