 Solid hands-on working experience using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 / 2010 / 2012 on the following skillsets,
 Minimum of any 1 skillset below
1. MVC 4 development pattern (in Razor View Engine)
2. Twitter Bootstrap
3. Experience on third party html client side controls for Asp.net MVC like Infragistics IgniteUI/ Kendo UI etc.

 Minimum of any 2 skillsets below
1. JQuery, JSON and Ajax
2. CSS & HTML / HTML5
3. Entity Framework
4. Web Services / WCF
 Involve in designing, coding and testing server-side (core) components
 Should have been involved on at least one Web development project or website from scratch
 Experience end-to-end service-oriented software development in N-tier architecture
 Experience in database architecture design
 SQL Server, T-SQL language (procedures, triggers, functions), SQL
 Implementation of Data Definition Language (DDL)
 DTS/SSIS/BCP programming
 Understands complex and advanced database concepts
 For senior position
 Mentor, guide and teach junior developers on software development
 Strong R&D skillset in proposing solution to tackle technical problems
